Attorneys for the Alliance Defending Freedom represents the First Choice Women’s Resource Center in a lawsuit that was filed against Matthew Platkin. Matthew Platkin is the attorney general in New Jersey. He has been accused of deliberating targeting First Choice Women’s Resource Center because they are a Christian, pro-life company.

Matthew subpoenaed the organization and told the leaders that they would have to provide documentation or face legal action. According to ADF attorneys, Matthew does not have the grounds to do this. He also does not have any proof that the organization did anything wrong.

Lincoln Wilson is the Alliance Defending Freedom senior counsel. He stated that it is against the law for an attorney to target an organization just because they disagree with them. He also stated that Matthew Platkin has teamed up with Planned Parenthood in order to further push their pro-abortion agenda. Additionally, he stated that First Choice Women’s Resource Center’s right to speak freely is protected by the constitution under the First Amendment.

First Choice Women’s Resource Center is an organization that provides services to women who are facing an unplanned pregnancy. All of the services that this company provides are free of charge. They also help men who are in a relationship with a woman who is facing an unplanned pregnancy.

The name of the lawsuit is First Choice Women’s Resource Center Vs. Platkin. It was filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. A similar lawsuit was filed in Washington State. Attorneys for the Alliance Defending Freedom are also representing the plaintiff in that lawsuit.
