Haroldo Jacobovicz is a civil engineer and business owner who believes in information technology. In 2010, he started Horizon technology, a fiber network with advanced technology and equipment. The data center planned to bring cloud services and connectivity to businesses.

He started several companies that provided specific solutions to problems in information technology. The three companies were Horizons Datacenter, e-Governe Group, and Horizons Telecom. He says that he notices a need or potential for a service and finds professionals that can work on it and provide solutions.

One of the most satisfying experiences in his work is finding out how his business solutions improve customers’ lives. Born in Brazil, both of his parents were civil engineers. He attended the Federal University of Parana where he received a degree in civil engineering. In college he started a company with his friends called Microsystems. They helped small businesses automate their inventory systems. Later Haroldo Jacobovicz would apply this service to larger companies, and it would be more successful than with the smaller businesses.

During the pandemic he started a company called Arlequim Technologies in 2021. He wanted to find solutions to connect people confined to their homes for work. They created a virtual computer that helped with connection at work, school, and home. It is called the Arlequim Virtual Computer.

He says his success is because he sees problems and provides solutions that help customers. He has created software rental and maintenance services for businesses with a four-year contract. Another solution he provided was he created software for a supercomputer with storage, processing, memory, and high-speed Internet during the pandemic.

Outside of work he enjoys eating at home with his family and going to the mall. He likes to travel and goes to Israel every year and stops in New York and Paris. He likes to buy art pieces for decorating his businesses and homes. Haroldo Jacobovicz knows the importance of an attractive work environment. He invests in landscaping, furniture, and the design of offices to provide a comfortable and productive workspace for his employees.
