Launch House unveils its venture arm, House Capital.

Launch House, a specialized membership organization for entrepreneurs, has created a venture arm called House Capital with an initial $10 million investment fund. House Capital, co-founded by Michael Houck, Jacob Peters and Brett Goldstein, is an organization that provides lifetime memberships to founders who invest in the organization. These memberships include access to collective amenities like funding help, digital collection-based cohorts, and residencies. House Capital also has affiliations with other lead financiers.

Launch House and House Capital have a strong connection with startup founders, and since its inception in 2022, it has invested in multiple businesses like Coinbooks, Ghost Financial, and Anja Health. These businesses have seen success with additional investments at improved valuations, demonstrating the value of the company and House Capital networks.

House Capital’s Limited Connection comprises many individuals from the technology and entertainment industries, such as Dropbox, YouTube, and Riot Games co-founders Michael Ovitz, Peter Hollens, and Serena Williams. It also has GPs from funds like a16z, NFX, and NEA, as well as creators like Bored Elon Musk and Peter Hollens.

House Capital is a venture firm composed of two Hidden assets, 506(b) and 506(c). This allows them to mention ventures from more authorized LPs with smaller check sizes. Jacob Peters, GP, and Co-Founder are eager to uphold and develop visionaries through the group.
